Paranormal
Society comes to Town Hall - 20081103

MIDDLEBORO Members of
The Enfield Paranormal Society will be presenting the findings
from their investigation of the "haunted and historic"
Town Hall during the Victor Sylvia Scholarship Fundraising
Halloween Gala being sponsored by The Middleborough Friends
this Saturday at 8 p.m. in the Town Hall auditorium.
The scholarship will be awarded to local students
pursuing careers in horticulture, engineering, environmental
law or medical research for the cause and cure of ALS, three
passions of the late Mr. Sylvia.
Formed in 2006, the Enfield group includes
intuitive psychic Dee White Dove, technician Jay Grundstrom,
empath Danielle Barry, sensitive Amberlea Bresette, founder
and team leader Matt Kondracki, and team members Pat Martin,
Mike Cahill and Trish Ross.
The Enfield Paranormal Society will travel
anywhere in the northeast. The group does not believe in coincidence,
but that things happen for a reason. They strongly believe
they have a "Karmic connection," and have been drawn
together for a purpose or lesson to be learned in this lifetime.
Although the Society is based in Enfield, Conn. they have
members in Rhode Island, Massachusetts as well as Connecticut.
Aside from private homes, the group was the
first to determine what was haunting the Cohasset (Mass.)
Town Hall, which will be the subject of an upcoming "Ghost
Hunters" television episode. Their most recent investigation
was the 1667 General Stanton Inn in Charlestown, R. I. last
month. In addition to the Middleborough Town Hall, they have
investigated the Phenix Fire Station in Coventry, R. I., The
Federal Restaurant in Agawam, Mass and the Deep River Library
in Deep River, Conn.
The group can be contacted through its website,
Enfieldparanormal/webs.com, where viewers can also read about
its investigation and watch for its appearances in the media.
