Montauk Monster

It's been awhile since I've thought
about the Montauk Monster. Perhaps some of you will remember
the lovable creature that swept up on the shores of Long Island
this summer. He quickly became an internet sensation, and
was dubbed Monty by pundits.
Monty's fame was short lived though, because
this was a summer of cryptids. I don't know if it's the global
warming or not, but clearly there were more cryptids than
usual this summer. We saw a Bigfoot discovery that later turned
out to be a scam, and a video of an actual Chupacabra in Texas
that certainly did look real.
I'm glad to hear that Monty the Montauk monster
is feeling spicy today. It could mean that he, Nellie the
Loch Ness monster, Bigfoot, and all manner of Yetis and strange
creatures will be making a return this fall. That's one trend
I fully support.
